The General Mills Free Water Bottle with CHARMS Offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by General Mills Canada Corporation (the “Sponsor”). Offer begins on July 26, 2024, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 30, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or while supplies last (the “Offer Period”).  The Offer is available for Canadian shipping addresses only and is limited to a maximum of five (5) Water Bottles with CHARMS per household. Water Bottles with CHARMS are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different Water Bottle with CHARMS than the one selected if supplies have run out. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged shipments. Water Bottles with CHARMS may not be returned or exchanged. Offer has no cash value.

HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER

1. During the Offer Period:

For the Cereal offer. Purchase at least any two (2) cereal Participating products listed below (the “Participating Products”) at any one (1) participating retail store locations (each a “qualifying purchase”). Be sure to keep your Receipt(s).

2. Take a photo of your entire receipt. The image must be clear and legible and include the store name and address, purchase date and timestamp of your receipt, show the Qualifying Purchase(s) purchased during the Offer period, including the price of the Qualifying Purchase(s) as well as the total amount of money spent on the receipt.

 If enough participating products for more than one Water Bottle with CHARMS are purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time in a separate online transaction. The receipt must contain enough purchased participating products for the number of additional submissions in order to be valid each time. You must wait at least 24 hours to submit that receipt again after each submission. 

3. During the program period, redeem your Offer by uploading your Receipt via the Internet at www.gmfreewaterbottle.ca  (the “Offer Website”) and follow the link to the Offer registration page. Complete the registration form on the Offer Website by filling in all of the following information accurately and completely: your name, mailing address with postal code, email address and telephone number. Provide a scan or photo of the Receipt.

4. During your entry, you will be asked to select which of the Water Bottles with CHARMS you would like to receive (subject to availability – Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different Water Bottle with CHARMS than the one selected if supplies have run out). For further clarity, once 35,000 Water Bottles with CHARMS have been redeemed, there will no longer be any Water Bottles with CHARMS available).  

5. Click on the “Continue” button where you can review your selection and your mailing address to avoid any late, lost or misdirected mail as the Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged shipments. Then submit the Receipt photo(s) and registration form by clicking on the “Submit” button.  Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Offer. Online submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Saturday November 30, 2024.

6. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your submission and the estimated time you can expect to receive your Water Bottle with CHARMS pending successful validation of your receipt and submission. After you receive that email, your submission will go through the validation process. If during the validation process it is found that your submission is invalid, you will receive a further email indicating that your submission is invalid, and you will not receive the Water Bottle with CHARMS for that submission. The reasons for submission rejections include, but are not limited to: (i) the receipt fails to pass anti-fraud detection system; (ii) the receipt is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) the receipt contains any messages, or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (iv) the receipt is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (v) the receipt has been previously used without the proper number of participating products; (vi) the receipt does not include the Participating Products, the correct number or costs of Participating Products or is not during the Offer Period; or (vii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.

7. Please keep your original RECEIPT. Receipts are not interchangeable after the fact. The photo of the receipt submitted with your submission is the RECEIPT associated with that submission – whether mistakenly submitted by you or otherwise.

8. Assuming there are no issues with the validation of your submission, please allow up to 8-12 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Water Bottle with CHARMS. Please DO NO REACH OUT UNTIL 12 weeks have passed to enquire about your Water Bottle with CHARMS.

The Offer is available for Canadian shipping addresses only.

The Offer is limited to a maximum of five (5) Water Bottles with CHARMS per household.

Any use of automated devices is prohibited. Offer Registrations attempts by methods other than those described in these Official Rules shall be deemed void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated maximum of Water Bottles with CHARMS by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and any future registrations. Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from this Offer, and any future promotions Sponsor conducts, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the registration process, or the operation of the Offer or Offer Website, to be acting in violation of the Official Terms & Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

 

By participating in the Offer and/or voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information by the promotion administrator for the purpose of administering the promotion and fulfilling the Offer. The entrant’s personal information will only be used for purposes of Offer administration and offer fulfillment by the Offer administrator, and for no other purpose, and will not be disclosed by Offer administrator to any third party except as is necessary for the above stated purposes.

 

By participating in the Offer, entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for liable for any losses or injuries or any kind resulting from participation in the Offer or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the Free Water Bottle(s) with CHARMS, or any part thereof, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies from all claims or damages arising out of entrant’s participation in the Offer and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the Free Water Bottle(s) with CHARMS, or any part thereof.

Consumers must have the necessary equipment and high-speed internet access in order to redeem the Offer, not all mobile devices are supported; consumers may only participate in the Offer if they are using a supported device. This Offer is void where taxed, regulated or prohibited. Requests from outside the stated area or from groups or organizations will not be honoured or returned.
